Storage Partner
We have partnered with JAS, a world-class wine storage facility (HKQAA accredited) with a warehouse capacity of 100,000 sq. ft., to store wines for our members. Amongst their clients are the major auction houses, top merchants, and heavyweight private collectors.
Audit Partner
We have engaged Baker Tilly Hong Kong, a member of the 9th largest consultancy and accounting network in the world, for the statutory audit of Vinuage’s financial statements, and for the quarterly stock counts on the cases of wines held by Vinuage at JAS performed in accordance with our agreed procedures.
Banking Partner
We have partnered with DBS to maintain a client monies account for the receipt of payments from our members, via each member’s unique virtual account number assigned by DBS through Vinuage, for their purchases of Nuages, the unit of trading credit of Vinuage’s platform.
Company Secretarial Partner
We have engaged Tricor Corporate Secretary Limited (member of the Vistra Group) to act as our company secretary since incorporation. Wine Purchases
Non-members can purchase wines at the respective prices in HKD and have their purchased wines delivered to them. Members can purchase wines at the respective discounted prices in Nuages* and have their purchased wines automatically stored on behalf of them (see below).
Cellar & Storage
Members can view and manage their wines stored on behalf of them, check the market prices of their wines, see their accumulated storage charges for the current month, arrange for their wines to be delivered to them, and list their wines for sale on the platform.
Wine Portfolio
Members can view and analyze their wine holdings and trading performance.
Wine Sales
Members can view and manage their wines that they have listed for sale.
Wallet & Nuages
Members can view and manage their available balance of Nuages*, coupons, and transactions using Nuages.
